does this set mean 2 pads or 4 pads ?
It’s an axle set, so 4 pads are included in the box.

What is the model/part # for these? I want to order something comparable for my rear calipers, which are not RS mk3. Thank you
The Brembo part number is P54040. Its a standard Brembo compound. We can supply matching rear pads, just let us know what car you're fitting the fronts to.
